At Carolina Land & Timber, we are able to offer you a way to make some money for the timber that you have on your land.
We will come in and harvest the timber for you and offer premium price. We purchase standing timber on tracts of land 10 acres and up.
We offer two methods of purchase: lump sum or unit price. Lump sum includes a one-time payment in full before any harvesting. Unit price means paying for timber as it is harvested based on a unit price, whether that is tons or board feet. This is based on scale tickets from the select mills to which we deliver.
